Perspective can be a funny thing. In general terms, perspective means a particular attitude toward or way of regarding something. In simple terms, it's how you look at things. For example, when I see an ocean, any ocean, I want to dive in and go swimming. I look at the ocean as a giant playground to enjoy. However, another individual may look at the ocean as a giant dinner plate of which they have no interest being part of. They may see sharks, drowning, danger, etc. Both of us are looking at the same ocean, but our perspectives are very different.
As with many of my ideas, some of the best seem to come while I'm training. Therefore, feel free to view my thoughts on point of view in the provided clip. In the end, sometimes if you change your viewpoint, your attitude is soon to follow.
